Audiences can look forward to works by renowned auteurs as well as striking new voices, many screening in Slovakia for the very first time.<\/p>\n<p>From the screens of these prestigious festivals straight to Ko\u0161ice, four features will compete in the <strong>International Competition of Feature Films<\/strong> section. <em>Sorry, Baby<\/em> (2025) by director Eva Victor is a black comedy about a university professor trying to recover after a sexual assault; the debut premiered at Sundance 2025, where it won the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award, and went on to Directors\u2019 Fortnight in Cannes.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Sorry, Baby | Official Trailer HD | A24\" width=\"1220\" height=\"686\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Rc0jgWoZo9w?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Also traveling from Sundance is <em>DJ Ahmet<\/em> (2025), following a fifteen-year-old from North Macedonia who, after his mother\u2019s death, must bend to his strict father\u2019s rules, finding refuge in music and a forbidden romance.
