In total there were 416, including 76 filmmakers and film professionals from abroad. 175 journalists were accredited at the festival, and the number of registered students reached 2&nbsp;493.<\/span> <span lang=\"EN-GB\">Altogether, Art Film Fest featured 240 films from 48 countries, and audiences had the chance to attend 270 film screenings. In light of the <b>high quality of the competing films<\/b>, the feature-film and short-film juries each decided to grant two special mention prizes, raising the <b>total number of film awards to twelve<\/b>. The Blue Angel for best film was awarded to the Russian picture <i>How I Ended This Summer<\/i> (d. A. Popogrebsky), and the On the Road Award for best short film was won by the British film <i>Viera <\/i>(d. P.
